A short description:

I sold a steam account to that guy, he changed all account details to his own details, he also sent me the money to paypal, but after transactions was over, my paypal account was limited.
Then I refunded(sent money back to buyer), then I told him to send money again to a friend of mine, because my paypal was limited.
He confirmed that he got the money back, but he didn`t sent the money to another paypal account that I gived to him.
I must say that his paypal was unverified, take care when you trade with that guy.

I tried to talk with him on skype, but Mauricio Rojas removed me
