Reason For Dispute:
- Purchased two League of Legends unranked level 30 accounts from this user off his website.
Was redirected from his Sythe thread (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=14063966) to make my purchase there.

- I resold both accounts and both customers reported their respective accounts being banned when they first logged on.

- I suspect that Helloc2014 used an unsafe/low security method to create and level the accounts.

- Helloc2014 has been unavailable for contact via his Skype for several days since I originally placed my order on November 17, 2014 so I an opening a dispute in hopes to reach him.

- I would like to receive a full refund of $18.00 as soon as possible ($10.00 for one transaction, and $8.00 for the other) in order to reimburse my unhappy clients. And at the very least, if this user does not respond to this dispute, to have action taken against him.

Proof of offsite scam/blackhat:
Screenshots of my Paypal transaction to him may be provided upon request to an admin or moderator.

When selling/buying accounts, is the risk of said accounts being banned not already known and accepted? As most, if not all fresh lvl 30 LoL accounts are botted up.

I would hope people don't expect their accounts to be banned, as it defeats the purpose of even providing accounts in the first place. We've never run in to this issue before.

The process is simple enough where if you're using a VPN to level the accounts you should have no issues at all.

I appreciate you getting ahold of helloc2014 asap so we can sort this out.
