Method of Contact: Skype

How I got scammed: Sent money to this guy via Paypal for a boost and was then ignored. I then confronted him asking for a reply multiple times. He ignored me every time, then I attempted to call his Skype account and he deleted me from his contacts. Details are in the Skype Conversation that I will link via Imgur.
