A user on hackforums with the EXACT same name as the user on this site posted on a thread about a Botnet (used for DDOS'ing). The registration date on the hackforums account is around 4 days after the user joined sythe. Sure, this could be a coincidence. But take a look at how many people are on forums with the name "itheonlynoob". There are quite a few that do things related to League of Legends, 1 on youtube, 1 on hackforums, and 1 on sythe.

On league you can see he is from Europe West.

On skype (his skype is stefan89421), you can see that he is from Austria
So clearly the League profiles, sythe, steam, and youtube are his. Now, back to the hackforums account. Created 4 days after sythe, but only posts once. Still hard to tell if its him, of course.

In that thread, he states that college is starting again. On hackforums, it says his birthdate is 05-15-1992 (22 years old). May not be concrete proof, but I don't know why anyone would randomly make an account on hackforums with a name that only 1 other person has ever used and be around the same age as the person who originally used that name. If a mod can confirm this birthday to be correct that is the only 100% concrete evidence I can see there being. This took a while to type, please look into it. Ty. Gl.
