The Ikov Guy Scammed 15B Ikov

Explanation of the trade:
15b Ikov for £13 we talked on skype, he had no vouches but said he could add me to a group of people he traded with (obv his friends), i said we can do split so traded him 5b first, he "attempted" to send the cash 5 mins later it still hadn't arrived, i assumed it was just pending as he showed image of it sent, so i gave him the 10b while that was transferring, he sent a picture of both amounts sent (which i suspect to be fake), he posted that he had bought the 15b off me on the thread, 3 hours later i still hadn't revived any money, and now over 24 hours later haven't received any, I've queried him and he said he'll ring paypal to sort it out then later came up with the excuse that paypal doesn't have a number and refuses to send the money again and wont give items back because "ikov sells quick".
