Jiwi trying to black mail me with proof.

Jiwi opened a scam report against me because referrals took to long, and my customer service was horrible for just him.
He used this picture:





As shown in the img he used it says: I offered $15 + 100 referrals or what ever excuse he wants to use and say level 15 + 100 referrals.
He then said $25 + 100 referrals. Then I agreed. No where does it say I offered a level 15.
He is trying to abuse the fact that he has more vouches then me, and I will provide many pictures and chat logs. My customer service was horrible to him, and I agree. None of my other customers even from sythe has spammed me 15+ messages when I say I can't reply I'm at work IRL.
Jiwi is spamming he is going to ban me on other forums when I've done abs nothing wrong.
His 100 referrals are done and I can provide proof if need be by posting 100 account logins with his referral link.

It looks like the report was resolved, then re-opened, but no ban was issued.
Sent a PM to Dave for a final investigation and resolution.

I may have been trigger happy. I banned him because at first the only reason the report was closed is cause Jiwi said "oh it was resolved"

but I was PM'd saying no it wasn't and to please ban him till it's figured out.

Jiwi then PMs me again and said maybe Jiwi himself was in the wrong and it was just a miscommunication or something like that

I don't think anyone is at fault for anything

 

From what I can see, everything seems to be worked out.
I don't see anything indicating otherwise, so I'll close this report.
