police123 scams me then trys saying i scammed him

this kid swaped accounts with me then recoverd his with my items on it and changed the pin on my account he recoverd his right away and i couldnt get mine to about 3 days later, the kid wont answer me on skype at all.

sunil.gurung7 is his skype,

if the kid does not atleast give me my pin so i can play on my account since he took all my shit, im fileing a report on jagex twitter that hes selling his account and getting it perm banned fuck that kid.

we used infernus.sythe as a mm, he can even tell you how the kid was being werid about the trade the intire time, kid didnt even give me any info about the account
