This was 9 months ago but I thought I might aswell report him incase it could get me a refund or him banned.

Agreed to do a big powerleveling order for me back in January this year. worth around 35-40m 07gp. It started of great but after a few weeks the progress slowed down alot because he was busy with college and other irl stuff but after about 6 weeks since the start of the order nothing happend anymore. He didn't respond to any of my skype messages and didn't do anything else on my account.

saying that he was back. I told him I wouldve liked to be notified that he was leaving because I had been waiting several months on the completion of this order and he didnt respond yet again.

 

Can you post some proof of the agreement and proof that he hasn't achieved the levels that you agreed on?
