Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: He recently scammed me, and another person for charging back paypal. I got him banned for that. He is back in the same section, I posted the link above, he's buying gp, same rates, same thread layout, etc.

Thanks guys. He should be IP-Banned.
