ZgangZ a name sniper/scammer

Explanation of the trade: I was selling the rsn "name" to ZgangZ when stuff got shady.

How they scammed: I was selling the name "name" to zgangz, but before I did I told Bert to ask him if he was legit and stuff where he said idk. So then he "Calls" me and tells me that he's gonna snipe it incase someone get's it for safety reasons, I really never wanted to so I lied to him and said I'm going to sell within 30 mins (was lying, was selling right now). So I was xfering and I was like wtf sniped! Then bert tells me that he sniped it. The awkward moment when he asked me for Josh's skype before the trade.
then bert has the name, I tell him to release it since it would be better for 2 people. I tried snatching the name to Josh's acc but then the green light didn't even show up!

You can notice in the logs, bert used 3 bonds to xfer the name which is completely awkward. Josh never refused to give him an extra bond which made me super suspicious. Top top it off, josh Lied when he said that last time he wanted it on his main, here's the logs:

I think Bert is innocent, but the fact that he used 3 bonds and josh never asked why? and he sniped the name before 30 mins? IDK

First off, the only person that could've sniped the name was him. My private messaging was turned off on Ranged so no one could see when the trade took place.

Secondly, I had two windows side-by-side on a touch screen computer. The absolute second I changed the name on Ranged, I tapped the change name on the account he gave me. So the name was stolen in < 1 second.

That shows that he was sitting there on a new account spamming the create account button while I transferred the name. No one else knew of the trade going on.

 

I made this late because 1. i was depressed and my week was bad after i lost this 2. i saw others post theirs so i wanted to post mine also

Explanation of the trade: I was selling the rsn "Queen" to ZgangZ when things started getting odd.

How they scammed:Well he messaged me on sythe: saying he wanted to buy the name Queen after i posted a thread on selling it after I got the name from the 4th batch. We talked on Skype i showed him i own the name we decided on a price for it 60m 07. I said to hold on because i had to remove it from my thread and close my thread etc since its being bought. I asked if he was ready to transfer the name and he said he needs to get an account + some bonds so that took around 5-15mins or so i got the account info he didn't want to transfer he said he didn't want to be responsible for anything ... so i went on the account logged in redeem the bond to do the name transfer and as soon as i clicked OK on to applying the name Queen on Zgangz's account it said Name is not Available ... the only person who knew that i was doing this and when i was transferring the name was him i was on his account the name was being changed etc he could of saw it all on another account.

There is no way to prove it was zgangz who sniped the names.

You say nobody could know, Law, but other users knew you were selling the name and only had to set up some way to snipe it or watch the name.
