Xhulic Owes me RS3GP

This user and I made an agreement that he would have 300M on his account this morning, and I would transfer it and continue doing an order he made (72-99 Dungeoneering) He sent me a screenshot of him with the money on his account this morning, and I sign in and its gone, along with everything in his bank. I have absolutely no idea what to do, and I don't want him to accuse me of taking his stuff. I don't know if he moved it for whatever reason or if someone else got on, but either way I'd like to know how to further go about solving this. Thanks

When I signed on, all of his stuff was gone. No, it wasn't from me. He may have used the same password he had used for power leveling in the past from a different person. You can see I had tried to contact him and he IGNORED me. I would like to get a group conversation going with a mod, myself, and him if possible. I don't want to be banned for something I didn't even do, and how would I have scammed him for the 300m that he agreed I could have? I have 21m to my name on Runescape.

Edit 2: after talking to xhulic some more on this via pm, he still believes it was me who took it. However , I believe that he isn't trying to rip me off. I think someone else accessed his account and took his stuff, and he's making the assumption that I did it and refuses to listen to anything I try to tell him. I hope this gets solved .
