From the begining-

I bought a max barrows 07 account from another host with the intentions of reselling it. He is currently still a host and a good 1 at that so i felt good buying from him.

Haiden purchased the account for 130m 07, upon the purchase i provided him with every single detail from creation. Before buying the account i let him know i wasnt the original owner and that i got it from another host. After a day of owning the account he messaged me letting me know it had been locked. I contacted the original owner and had it recovered. We did this song and dance several times over a course of a week. I even had him join.me with the buyer and me watching. Proving the account information was correct when the appeal went through. Once again the account was locked after a week of this he wanted a refund. Since i sold the account and i couldnt figure out what the issue was i agreed to refund. I then went back and started reading the conversation and realized i missed a major factor. The member in question was running a bot farm along the same time the account i sold him was locked, all his bots were banned the same time as well. It occurred to me maybe it wasnt our fault that the account was being locked or flagged. That it was actually his I.P. that got the account locked due to his massive amount of botting. I believe his i.p. has been flagged and that the issue is his fault and not mine. The info provided has been proven to be true and ive exhausted all avenues to help him.

Please understand he has all the information from creation and every ip and every detail. The original owner isnt to blame either hes done everything weve asked and assisted us 100%.

My question to the other guy is, were you taking any safety measures with this account? Or were you botting with it? Or were you using this account on your bot IP? Cause if your bots are getting banned and they're on the same IP as this account, I'd say it's a pretty fair assumption to make that it's getting locked constantly because of the shady botting IP.

 

I just finished up work today. Theres no other explanation for whyit kept getting locked everytime he tried logging in. Id like to get more opinions on this matter. I cant even ask the original owner for a refund because its not his fault. Hes done everything when ive asked

Explanation: The Account was bought for 130m 07 GP. I logged in and played for 2-3 hours. Afterwards the account is locked and I asked for the seller to unlock it. This is when I learn that the account isn't USA/FL (Seller lives few hours from me) but rather AU. At this point it was obvious that the reason it was locked was due to a flag. None the less the seller unlocked it but later locked again at login.

Note: The Seller + Original Owner was never able to unlock the account more than once (Proof will be given if necessary).

Note: The only time I tried to recover the account was at the initial lock. Given my request was denied I didn't see a point in trying again and waited patiently for the original owner to sent one every time.

Note: I can provide proof that the email belongs to said account but posting proof here will obviously put the account at risk. Wouldn't want to see such an account go to waste even if the owner is a scammer :C

Conclusion: The user asks for an extension on the refund in order to open a scam report against me (wtf?) and get me banned. It's been over half a month and I've been more than patient with the seller but the seller has been very unprofessional and it's rather obvious at this point that a refund will not be given.

All bot farm accounts were created/run Via Tribot extended VIP (Will Provide proof if necessary) using Virmach Proxies/VPN.

Note: My bot farm gets banned from time to time it's not a big deal and it certainly does not put my original IP at risk. I've sold a few bills 07 just to Arcus and Divica alone I'm not some stupid noob that doesn't know what he's doing. If an IP is flagged for Macro Major or Goldfarm Minor (doesn't happen anymore) then accounts created or logged via that IP would get banned not locked. My Home IP is perfectly safe I can prove that easily by logging in an account created via different IP or simply buying any account on here.

1) The seller is dividing one recovery into multiple sections to create an illusion that the account was successfully recovered more than once. I can provide/post the entire conversation for that day and It'll match into 1 lock recovery. Obviously this will compromise all info given to me about the account therefore I won't post until given permission. Emails can also be given that match each of the recovery requests as well as the one successful one.

2) The seller's JAG registered my IP on initial login and sent an email to allow the IP to login, I can provide the JAG email given plus prove that the IP is in fact my home IP.

3) The only reason the account cannot be recovered is because info given about certain things (Billing & Contacts) are not accurate. Both Mod Lamb and Vasquez have asked for the same information on the original owner's recovery ticket. The seller denies that any information like this exists but it's his word against 2 J Mods. Mod Vasquez's ticket response posted below.

5) There's more than substantial evidence already given to end this scam report. The seller really hasn't posted any valid arguments as to why this could even be my fault. The obvious conclusion is that either Hattez or Original owner is withholding information (E.g. Billing & Contacts) on a flagged account and plan to recover it at a later time.

The account has been recovered more then once and i will post the entire sythe conversation. I agreed to refund him because i didnt know what was happening. I couldnt understand why it kept being locked. The original owner never attempted to recover the account unless we asked him. The information was correct and true and we even went as far as join.me'ing the recovery process. We attempted to recover it so many times that they are now denying access to the account. He also attempted to recover it himself more then once. I told him to stop and let the original owner do it. He knew i wasnt the original owner and i stated it on skype which i will post when i can. Im currently in pensacola working. The reason i havent refunded him yet is because i asked dave his opinion on the situation. He told me to post a thread and get other mods thoughts on this. You have to understand that i didnt want to refund the user if it was found to be his fault. With him having all the creation details he could of easily tried recovering it months later down the road if i refunded him double fucking me over. I cant even resale it now if i get it back because its been associated with his ip and bot farm. Its already been determined by our clan that aaron {original owner} has done everything he;s been asked and isnt responsible for whats happening now. I will refund the user no problem if its determined that i have to but I want to know if you guys think i should be responsible. He was banned mutliple times for bot farming during this entire situation so i wasnt sure what my to do. I made sure mods were kept up to date with the situation. I contacted ryan and dave and spoke with them multiple times. I should be home around saturday/sunday.

The reason i was upset with him earlier in that skype picture, was because he made a thread calling me a scammer. He apologized and i apologized and we moved forward with trying to fix the account issue.

Don't worry Hattez is being entirely cooperative. Add me on skype, I want to make sure that your VPN/bot farm stuff didn't affect your account that constantly gets locked.

Basically, I just need proof that you didn't play that account on the VPN you use to bot.

 

Once that is presented, hattez will go ahead and refund you, which he has already stated he will do

 

thanx man ya im talkin to him on skype. He was just worried i was scamming him, which is understandable. But i had to make sure i wasnt getting fucked either. Hes actually been very understanding ive just been burnt so many times on sythe and wanted to check everything first before i hand over 130m 07

i paid him 80m of the 130m so far. I sent him a skype message a day or 2 ago trying to pay the remaining balance. Still waiting for a response.
