H3sslan scammed me

Explanation of the trade: I was trading him 25m 07 for a bayonet safari mesh on steam
How they scammed: I bought a knife off of him like 2 weeks ago so i trusted him. So we didnt use a mm and once i traded him the 25m he just logged off of steam (we had our conversation on steam but i have proof thats its his steam). Then i checked his sythe profile and like 3 minutes later he logged off. So then i hopped on skype and he didnt reply to any of my msgs. So i just went to sleep and when i woke up i msged him and he acted like nothing happened. (Incase youre wondering why i did the chat in steam was, i thought it would be easier to just do it in steam since the trade was for a steam item)
Sythe PM picture: I dont have one. I pmed him after this incident happened and he still hasnt replied. (I didnt ask for one since i trusted him).
