Odysseus/pegasus.gfx Scamming my runescape account

Explanation of the trade: I was trading my 07 account for 55$
How they scammed: I had no idea that i had to wait 21 days after creating a new paypal to make a new payment, so i asked him to chargeback the money and paying me onto another paypal, which didn't have the limitation. After that, he proceeded to accuse me of recovering the account

I admit that i did the dumb thing here, but if he had only repaid me, the trade would of been finished.
