Ruby - 200m worth in gold/items vanish from my account while he was powerleveling it

Here I am making a scam report that I don't have I guess persay "a lot" of proof of but I think it's only fair I make the report to warn other users.

This happened a few weeks about, approx. Basically what happened is that I paid him to level my agility from 60-77. I kept checking up on my account to see if things were going well when he wasn't on and make sure everything was still in order as I had almost 200M of items and gold combined on my account he was leveling on. I trusted him with this because he was a $100 USD donator and looked really offical/legit. Wasn't a good assumption of mine.

He level's my agility to 65 and doesn't do any levels for awhile so I login and check my account. All of my items are still in my bank but the 46M I had in my moneypouch is gone. I figure this is kind of werid. I was going to end up paying him the 40M after he finished my levels as we agreed to do a split trade or 50/50 or w/e so I figured he just took the gold early or something.

He messages me on skype while I'm logged in and says "Hey, can I log?"
I basically tell him sure, but what happened to the 46M gold in my moneypouch? And then I log off so he can start training, excepting him to say he just took it early or something. Screens will explain the rest from here basically.

After I tell him basically, WTF man what happened to my 46M gold he then tries to frame it on me and acts like I took the gold off to make him look bad or scam him or whatever. In the moment I get really scared/frustrated because he said he's done and won't finish my order and the 46M on my account is magically gone. Later when he logs off the second time to tell me he's stopping my order, I check again and everything is gone. All of my items and gold (except for 1m) which are worth almost 200M.

But wait, let's think here. You really think I took my own money off of my account to make it look like he took it when he wasn't even 1/6 the way finished with my order? Why on EARTH would I - or ANYONE in the right mind do that? I already paid him about half, 30M to start my order and he had not gotten 1/6 of the exp I paid him to get, you honestly think that I would "scam" him like that? In which I paid him for half of my order upfront and then try to frame him before he even has 1/6 of my order done? No lol, logically that doesn't even make the slightest bit of sense.

After I tell him this and tell him to look at my vouches (which I don't think he looked at prior to the trade as he may have planned to do this to someone untrusted) I tell him I have paid up for trades worth $200+ USD, been on sythe since 2010 and never scammed. And then ask basically, Why would I decide to scam on a $40 USD trade in which I haven't even got 1/6 of what I paid for yet?

I think he realizes basically how illogical it sounds and how it's not going to fly by the mods or whatever if he scam reported me and then he tries to blame it on a virus or my computer getting infected and someone else had access to my account. I do a scan and come up with minor results and at the time I believe that it was actually a virus and not him because doing what he did doesn't seem like something a 100USD donator would do and I basically just let it go and keep asking him if he will continue to do my levels, which he says he can do but never actually does or gets to.

After thinking about all of this however, I realized there is a problem with that story. I had a bankpin (which I made an effort to tell him on skype mobile(on my phone), as I do with all my info to be more secure*forgot to tell this part sorry). Which only two people knew at the time, me and him. It would have been impossible for a keylogging virus to hack me. The only way money and items could have left that account was by me or him manually taking it off. Let me ask you, the staff member, whoever is reading this... Do you really think it was me? I know it wasn't me obviously, but just think about this logically. Does this really look like something I would do?

It would be NICE to get refunded however I don't have very high hopes for this because the trade was not documented the best. But I do have screenshots of him saying he remembers that there was gold on my account.

Mostly I am writing this because I think it's fair to other users that he should recieve a TWC for a shady trade like this. I would love a ban/refund because NOW because I KNOW he did it. But it's up to staff descision.

Look at the album if you need/want to. After what he did to me and considering what he is still trying to do to me I honestly don't really care if this is important or not. Anyone who want's to know how much of an inimical lunatic this guy is feel free to browse our chat.

Keep in mind this is what he is trying to say to me AFTER he's already taken my gold and items off of my account, about a week later. (this is today)

Eventually I do block him as he tries to call me three times in succession.

Please tell me if there is anything else you need. My skype in my earlier post shows his skype username and proof that the user Ruby on sythe has the same skype username written in his profile, so it is his skype.

No, he didn't finish my order. Once he took my items he stopped the order and basically said "this is a disgrace, I'm done" and tried to act like I took the items to back him look bad or something.

Which makes literally no sense. Why would I take my own items to make this guy look bad when he hadn't even finished 1/6 of the leveling that I paid him to do. I paid him for 61-77 agility. He got to level 65 and when I went to check on my account at about this time, all my gold was gone (my items were still there). He asked me "can I log" and I said okay, but what happened to the 46M in my moneypouch? Soon as I asked him this he basically replied "you're not doing this. oh wow. this is a disgrace, I'm done."

This made me really scared because he basically made it seem like I took the 46M out of my own moneypouch(and he was going "take it up to the mods") AND he was not going to finish my order. So I was down 46M and now would get no levels.

So I said basically "please just finish my order, I did not do anything I'm sorry. I don't know how this could have happened"
I was really stressed out in the moment because of what he was suggesting / threatening.

So then he says "Okay I'm not going to be unprofessional. I'll finish your order." And gets back on my account. 20 mins later he's not on it anymore, my agility level is still 65 and now all my valuable items in my bank are also gone. My pernix, all of my runes, my armadyl c'bow, my slayer helm gone and disassembled.

Now I tell him "Dude, everything is gone now. I don't have anything left. I thought you said you were going to finish my order too, what's up why can't you gain anymore levels."

Then we talk for a little more (all in the screens) and I tell him I would never do this and that I've been in trades worth $200+ why would I decide to scam on 30M+ trade in which I haven't even recieved 1/6 of what I paid for.

Then he basically just tries to blame it on a virus and says he'll get to my order later. I keep contacting him about it, but he never does.
