Does this warrant a TWC?

I was wondering if this warrants a TWC.

I added this user last night to sell him some 07 gold.

He tells me he is purchasing it for $3.5/M and I agreed and I think he was expecting me to go first, I kindly suggested using a MM. He said sure and asked if we could use fr4n. I said I wasn't going to trust a $25 Donor with a $420 Trade and he since then ignored all my messages after I asked if we could use zuzel or moe as a MM. Then this morning I saw that fr4n scamquit and JelleV changed his usertitle, In his usertitle, he had his skype name has YelloGFX and now its been changed to something else. Which makes me think they were conspiring.

And no response since this message and he just logged off after that. He didnt file any reports that his skype has been hacked and really makes me think something is up.

Hes been editing some of this threads with his "new skype".

That is the title I saw on him last night when i added his skype.

all in all, just seems really sketchy, he tried to lead me towards fr4n and when i declined he instantly stopped talking to me.
his rebuttal is that he was on the phone but I literally linked it to him 10 seconds after. Then the next day he made a new skype.
Just real sketch overall imo, not attacking the individual but something just seemed off.

I PM'd FireZ about this but leaving this up here just incase he doesn't get aorund to PMs.

Someone scammed me and I did not feel like making any payments to anyone while I have open disputes that is why I never responded, I was busy calling paypal and getting it sorted. Now fr4n scammed but I got nothing to do with that, fr4n and I became good friends and I just thought we could use him.


Sorry I ignored you and the reason I am offline is because I got a new Skype, I dont deserve a TWC because I didnt do shit.

The reason why I changed my usertitle is because I am closing my goldshops, just because I got scammed bigtime. I didnt scam anybody, never was my intention. Nothing is up just me trying to start over.

I reached out for Unb4nn3d btw to get all the topics closed and stuff but I guess he wasnt around.

The reason I changed my skype is because me and M Legacy are setting up a skilling service and we share the same Skype. He can confirm that and the thread is up.

I had other things to do while you where finding a MM I asked you to find someone else if I wanted to scam you I would have taken the increments, but I just didnt say anything because it took you 6 mins to say you found someone who was online in that time I was trying to make a payment and saw all the disputes so I didnt care about you trying to sell me gold anymore.

I also wasnt trying to convince you to use fr4n I just brought him up and after you said you didnt want to use him I just said you could find someone.

 

just gonna bump this because he has an open scam report against him now.
