    I purchased 50 League of Legends referrals from him via his site: http://www.mattref.com/

    On his thread he states 'orders shall be completed within 72 hours'.

    He has referred the accounts but not leveled them; he promised they would be done in 72 hours but they are not and there's minimal communication.

    I'm assuming NA servers? Also, referral updating is down to when Riot update them, not the referral provider? Are the accounts level 10 yet, however?
