His skype name is in his account on sythe. [There were many of them when I searched to add him so I deliberately had him add me instead]

Basically, In a nut shell I was buying the main account from this guy

The deal was if the main came with 80m I would pay 450usd. But since he only got 70m we agreed on 425 usd. I tried paypal and many other forms to no avail. So I'm like hey, lets do westurn union. Seems legit, been patient with me cause it was taking me a while to find a way to pay for my goods. So we went ahead with westurn union today. I gave the mtcn and everything. Then he gives me an account that is level 44. When I clearly paid for the account that has total level of 1600 and 70m. I know I probably won't get my money back, but I just want some justice done [whether it was a clear misunderstanding/ blatant scam....I think option 2...]

If I need to upload any more screenies for more proof let me know. [He also edited that the account is gone on the "selling main thread, exactly after he received my money [11:28am]" but I never received that account I paid for].

The account I received [just went through his forum and it appears he was also selling a starter pure] - http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...al-selling-40-attack-starter-pure-paypal.html [however, that never conflicted in anyway with my chat with him for the past 4 days, so there is no mistake the deal again was for a main of stats 1600]. There is no way I would pay more than 100 bucks for a pure [even a good one]
