    Reporting a unkown scammer by IP
    I sent ubanned a PM about this,
    Quote:
    "Can you find someone just by giving you the IP?

    Long story short:
    He talked to some high repped member within skype and made him (without him knowing) to PM me and that way to retrieve items from me which I was selling.

    However I could not retrieve his real sythe account. I only got his IP. is this enough to find the right owner to it? If so I can upload pictures of proof etc..."
