You didnt request PM before trade. Pm you show us here is month old. Your previous report has been dismissed so I'm locking this too
Regarding sythe rules you linked us, have you taken under consideration that he could have changed his skype ID for trading? It's just an example. Leanbean's skype has been hacked, report is dismissed

 

Sorry zuzel but i'm reopening this report as there is an open discussion regarding the case. I appreciate your opinion in handling this however I would like other members of upper staff to have a final verdict on the situation.

 

That's not what the rules state. If he did change his skype ID for trading he should indicate so on his profile. Regardless, it doesn't matter what I did and did not consider. From what is written in the rules he is responsible. That is that.

 

It doesn't matter when I requested PM. Rules state that as long as he has confirmed that skype, and he didn't indicate anything contrary in the time frame between then and when we traded he is responsible for that skype. Why do I even have to explain this?

And if you look at your conversation it is obvious lean doesnt talk like that. 99% of hackers cant mimic the person on skype that they hacked

 

Try to call GreenDot and tell them about that moneypaks were redeemed without your knowledge. Busta got chargedback for few grand by that, I hope that you got receipts for these moneypaks, anyways it's worth a try

 

It's not hard to change up lingo to fake a hack. Also they both use the same terminology for affirmation and both said "done" after redeeming each code. There isn't much different in the way they speak.

 

I do have receipts that what the img links are with each code. I already reported that the moneypaks were stolen. I'd like to know exactly what Busta did when he got the chargeback because A. The operators barely speak english and B. They weren't willing to cooperate at all because of the 3rd party rule pasted throughout their site.

Not a "live" PM or one that can be used in your defense

 

Rules don't state the PM has to be "live". Please stop playing semantics. I got a PM that confirms communication and that is usable in my defense.

 

He's saying you didn't receive a PM for the trade which resulted in a loss of $2,000.

 

Whether or not I received a PM for the specific trade is completely irrelevant to what the rules state.

What kind of punishment is going to be given to Leanbean901 for being part of the problem.
As it was said countless of times, him not being able to recover his own skype is a huge problem. If he wasn't able to lock it, the hacker would still attempt to go on a scamming spree causing damage to other people unaware of the pm rule.

So, what punishment is Leanbean901 going to face? Or are you guys gonna let him off SCOTCH FREE?
