    Report on Ban Evader + Potential Scammer: h1j2q3
    He went right offline after I told him that he was in the US . LOL.
    He is also a ban evader on sythe as you can see from many of his ip audits.

    His skype is hjq1337 not hjql337 and all of the IPs he matches with are VPNs
