Stegosaurus - Scammed me out of 18m

Hi,
I have recently got back into the game, and unfortunately was too trusting in this regard. I saw Stegosauras' advertisements for skilling, and after speaking to him on Skype seemed like a nice guy. I told him I needed some of the requirements for desert treasure but didn't have the time, and offered to pay as well, as I understood it was a bit of a task. I didn't have another account to transfer my gp and items to, which included about 19m worth of stuff, a fury, dragon axe ect. but thought he seemed trustworthy. I saw the thieving levels had gone up a little so was sure that it was just being levelled, but when i logged in today all of my stuff was gone, and the thieving had just been increased by six. I'm really confused and a bit annoyed, I'm now going to quit rs again, but I just wanted to put out a warning just in case anyone fell into the same trap. Thanks
