Explanation of the trade: I wanted to cash out 5500k chips on his site but he refused because he said that I only play his free-rolls and never played actual tables. He took away my 5500k chips that I earned and refused to cash me out. It wasn't against the rules to just play free-rolls and to cash out. He closed the live-chat right before I could screenshot until refusing. However the proof(s) would show that he isn't willing to cash me out and cleared out the chips on my account.

When I first got on the site, it didn't state that rule. He just added it right now so he doesn't need to pay me and that is really unfair. He just added it to provide proof for himself so he doesn't need to cash me out. Also, I'm not complaining. I'm just stating how it's unfair and how that rule wasn't on the rule(s). It wasn't on the rule(s) that we couldn't play just (free-rolls). Other people on the site play it too and again, he just added that rule to avoid paying. Also I played on the tables before and diced before so it wasn't just me playing the (free-rolls). I would like to hear from the staff's opinion and the decision to be made before this thread closes.

It says in my websites rules that

Aswell he is complaining about me scamming chips where he got for free.
All he has ever done is camped in freerolls cashing out over 20m in total of free chips. He is in no position to complain.

No, I don't have proof but before when I read the rule(s), it didn't state it. I know saying this isn't proof but I do remember that it wasn't on the rule(s). Also you could see on the rule(s) that it is all the way at the bottom about the free-rolls saying, "You cannot come to this site just to play freerolls only and not bet in poker/dicing." . It shows that he just added it and it wasn't there before. I know that it doesn't mean he just added it because I don't have proof but I never seen it there until today when he added it.

 

What what the response to the livechat after you asked for a last refund?

Given the fact that you have cashed out before and it wasn't a problem I'm inclined to believe OP's story. In the livechat the other user acknowledges that this has happened many times before and was aware of it and didn't point out the ruels then. Another mod opinion is fine by me.

 

I really want to hear couple mod's opinion to determine the decision. I asked him if I could cash out for the last time and then he said "You already know the answer", which is no. He ended the live-chat quickly and I didn't have the chance to screenshot his response. Yes, I cashed out before and didn't have any problems.

No matter what he says doesn't change the fact that it is my website and I make the rules.
I made that rule before he wanted to cash-out.
Unless he has any proof of pictures that it was after he wanted to cash out you can Ipban me from sythe. I implemented this rule today at 1PM GMT to ensure my site does not lose profit from freeroll lurkers. To backup what I am saying I even shut down 3 freerolls from my site.

 

So Astrola is saying he made the rules before I wanted to cash-out. Then what makes him expect me to know the rule, "You cannot come to this site just to play freerolls only and not bet in poker/dicing." I earned the chips before that rule existed. It doesn't give him the rights to just take the chips away from me because it wasn't on the rule(s) when I earned it. I know he is the owner of the site but that doesn't give him the rights to do so. He even asked me to leave the site which I was willing to after one more cash-out but instead he refused. I think this is enough said from me because it will basically be myself repeating myself.

 

I'm going to get a second opinion on this from another moderator but as far as I'm concerned the chips were earned before you put the rule in place. So his chips should not have been removed/not been allowed to cash out. Live and learn from your mistakes. Now that the rule is in place you should be more careful in the free rolls you offer and be wary of the negatives that come with them.

From what I can see, it was never stated people couldn't play freerolls and cash out. That's the point of having freerolls in the first place, as they bring traffic to your site.

I'm not going to say I don't believe you, but what I'd like to you to submit is a log of SprinterMoon's poker and dicing actions on your site. SprinterMoon has stated earlier they have played poker and diced before, and since you're the Owner of the site, you should have access to those logs.

You've created a rule in your favor, but it has a loophole.

If SprinterMoon played 1 hand in poker outside of freerolls, or diced even 1 time, you will be responsible to cash out the chips taken from SprinterMoon's account.

Im looking through the logs and all he does is just play freerolls which are free to join.

 

Apparently Unb4nn3d is asking for all of the poker and dicing log of mine, Astrola. You just showed Unb4nn3d just 7-13-14. Also you need to take screenshots of that because providing just text doesn't make proof. I did dice and played at a table before.

Edit: Also, I got the chips before the rule was implemented so it doesn't make sense for him to take it away from me. He banned me from the site today and I have no access to it.

 

You should've let him cash in then make him aware of the new rule if you were worried that he was exploiting the free chips system.

 

I wasn't cashing-in. I was trying to cash-out 5500k and then he said he wanted me out of his site which I didn't mind honestly but he refused to cash-out. I asked him to be cashed out once more before I left because I earned those chips. Also, he's just showing the logs that are just free-rolls but not showing the ones where I actually dice/played at a table before.

Oh, I see. Well I am banned from his site now and I can't access to my account. I just want the money that I earned but if he's not willing to pay, I think he deserves to be TWC/Banned from Sythe. I know that he owns the site and he gets to make the rules but that rule wasn't even there when I earned the 5500k chips before. However, I have no proof to show that it wasn't there before but he stated he implemented this rule at 7/13/2014, 1PM GMT. Even if he implemented that rule, it is his responsibility to let people know he added that specific rule. He said that I just play the free-rolls but I played at table before and dice before. Even if that rule applied about "You can't come to just play free-roll", I played before and deserve my cash-out of 5500k.

Well, I'll be waiting for more staff's opinion if any would like to add to this. Also would like to hear the results for this scam report. Thanks!

Poker Mavens doesn't save logs on when you add a rule to server.

I only got the logs of that specific day where he only played freerolls then cashed out 5.5M
