The vouches from HappyFlap and Glitcher are fake, they're all members from the rat hole known as rspunit.

After googling some keywords such as Rspunit I found this HF profile which seems to belong to Poliwrath, similar name and all:

User's profile lists that he is an admin on RSPunit as well

Saying he has a "Collection of databases" and he'd look into hacking a user on SS

If you scroll through the posts of 'Rspunit' on sythe I believe he (the owner of the website) admitted Poliwag was one of his staff members as well.

Post from HappyFlap where he talks about "His friend Poliwag" when coincidentally they have vouched each other on sythe as well, and HappyFlap says he is from RSPunit.

It is clear Poliwrath/Poliwag is the same person unless Rspunit has more than one administrator who uses the alias 'Poliwag'.
