Reporting Walter22495 - Missing/Inaccurate Account Information for Recovery

He gave me all information of the account and it seemed to be very clear and straight up to the point. I haven't had the chance to play on the account within the last week but some time around that point the account got locked due to unauthorized access. I tried recovering the account using the information he gave me but Jagex still denied my appeal. While the account recovery info is correct, I'm missing several key information regarding the creation of the account (most importantly his email which he didn't give me during our purchase).

I have sent a message to him over skype but I suspect his skype is his "scythe skype" and not his actual one so I'm not sure when he can get around to responding me since the last I've seen him actually online was around 2 months ago which was when our transaction took place. He requested a self-ban here just yesterday so I obviously can't contact him here which means that if he doesn't go on skype then I'm SOL.

I'm not reporting him as a scammer until this get figured out. The reason why I posted this is because I currently no way to ask him to help me recover the account. Maybe the mods can unban him so I can PM him and let him know? I'm almost certain that he doesn't use the skype he gave me on a day to day or even month to month basis since the last them I've seen him on was 2 months ago.

Changed his SRB to regular ban for scamming, if he gives you account back he'll get unbanned.
