Reporting potential scammer.

I'm not sure if this is allowed, but i'm reporting this guy, because if he isn't a ban evader, he most likely deserves TWC or something along those lines.

I added him, trying to buy RSGP that he was selling on a thread, he refused to go first, refused to use a middleman and claimed he had 300 vouches when really all he had was 10 posts and 0 vouches.

So i'm not sure if lieing about vouches/being a potential scammer is report-worthy but there you go.

I've taken some time looking at the report and investigating his profile. He does not appear to be ban evading, but his suspicious activity on Skype has made me request a TwC for this user.
