Reporting a scammer: Chrissy

Explanation of the trade: I was going to sell him 40b ikov in 5b increments for 07gp. Since he had vouches from trusted members, I thought I could safely go first.
How they scammed:After giving the first 5b increment, he started making up excuses on why he couldn't log in to rs to give me the money. I then asked for a refund, which he claimed to give but never ever traded me.
