Hi everyone, today I open a new topic to explain why your order cannot be proceeded.
Some of you may be involed in the issue of not be traded after paid on rsorder before. Why? Why we cannot complete your order after paid? I will explain to you.

Protect Your Private Property

Our reps will check every payment after the orders are paid. And for some orders, we will confirm it with email or telephone because we are responsible for the payment of all orders. You konw cheaters or scammers spread everywher on internet. In order to protect your property, we will refund the payment to the payer (paypal account or credit card onwer )for some orders which our reps consider as the improper ones. That means you will lose nothing if your account or card information are stolen by someone.

Protect Your Game Account

For the reason of account security, we suggest you not buy more than 1 time each day. More times account data changing means greater risk you are involed in. A greater risk may cause the account banning. For a business company, profits are the first, but we will never put you, all of our customers in a greater risk for more profits. A game account is important to a player, we hope you have a game experience but not a painful memory. We aim to help you enjoy the game better which is what we we insist on doing.

More questions?

Someone may say that why not refund me if you cannot proceed my ordered? Yes, we will refund the money you if your order cannot be proceeded. But for some orders it may take sometime because our financial staff is not working 24/7. We are sorry if your refund is delayed.

The other question is that I am a normal customer but your reps think I am a cheater or scammer. We are sorry for making you the inconvenience. Our reps are not robots with fixed programme. Humans are emotional animal and feelings will have a miscarriage of justice. So, the only thing we can do is to extend our sincere apology to all the misjudged customers.
