Cece is a off-site scammer/ [BAN VADER TOO!]

This guy is a known scammer in his past but now he's under a new identity. Let me just explain what happened over @ OSbot, I purchased a VPS off this guy 10 days in he hacks my obby mauler and levels defence/attack. Sadly I do not have enough evidence but I am sure he is a damn ban evader according to my investigations.

BTW he's IP-banned at the moment on Osbot for releasing my Ip addresses in chatbox.
