Explanation of the trade:
He was buying Torn City cash. We agreed on $0.25/M. We agreed to carry out the trade in $20 increments, I said I would go first. After sending the 80M TC Cash, he claimed to not have received it. However, notifications on that game are sent pretty much immediately after the event has occurred. Buyer is now offline, without bothering to ensure this transaction was completed.
