Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
Fabs diarreah was created 3 days after the banning of fabsyyy, the name are similar (not definite just note worthy)
All 3 accounts have a large emphasis on runescape private servers

Edit: also note worthy that after leeroy was banned, the other two accounts do not have a contact outside of Skype.
