Ayy Kinetic

I'm reporting Ayy Kinetic. I don't understand why he isn't being temp banned just like everyone else would. He owes me, nick, and someone else substantial 07 gp, treats his customers like shit, and lies (told me he would just do my order since his workers weren't doing it right, yet he continued to let his workers do it). Why does this kid get to roam free after scamming three people? "He'll pay asap"; well it's been many weeks late for all of us, that's nonsense. So next time I wanna scam someone, I'll just keep telling the mods I'll pay asap? No, I'm sure that wouldn't fly for me, or anyone else, so why is it fine for him? He should be temp banned at least. This guy pretty much scammed us into free loans. I payed 10.5m up front to him for an account to be made within a week. It has been a month now, and I still don't have my money or the account. It's my honest opinion that I should be given an extra 10m back for every week late that the money is until he starts paying me back consistently.
