We sold him ~£800 of gold via UK bank transfer. He then contacted his bank claiming that his bank was hacked and he did not authorise those payments. His bank decided to put a hold on those payments and since we keep little money in the bank we receive UKBT's to, it went negative £700 and the bank closed our account. All correspondence to the bank was either over the phone or face to face, and we no longer have any access to the bank account so I thought we had no proof to get him banned but then I realised the chat logs with him are probably proof enough. He is sticking to his story of his bank being hacked even though he has sold us gold in the past, and we sent his payment to the same bank account of his, also the hostname of the IP matches from when he sold to us and when he bought from us.

He then came into our livechat the next day;

You can see he knows that there is a problem with the payments and he knows that it is his bank, so there is no discrepancies there.

I will update later with proof of all the payments he made to us.
