I ran into him again under the name "exwunn". He is now banned. If you don't remember him, here is the thread.

I wanted to give you guys more information that I just retrieved today, that will help ensure he doesn't come back. He has been scamming for quite some time.



The IP's are in the same location. I'm not going to even bother resolving his older skypes.

In this photo, you can see him providing the paypal "[email protected]". He provided the same one to me when he scammed me.


In this photo, TAKEN TODAY, i spoke with his latest account.

What I'm asking is, it it possible that this user can be banned via IP, and a notice can be put out to NOT trade with this paypal.
