scammed by (DogFather)

Bought an account from him, the account is currently locked and the password is changed.
I tried to contact him on skype no answer. Also ive pm'ed him on sythe and no response yet although he appears to be offline so im just going to sit this here too see if a moderator can get intouch with him.

which was his first skype and he asked me to add his other skype just in case there is a problem I wanted this skype to be shown.

Just as a precaution im not sure if he is ignoring me hopefully not because we always talk to each other but id like to have the account back sometime today, I tried to recover the account with the details he gave me but it failed because of lack of information. So im trying to contact him to get more appeal information.

But like I said im not too worried right now he might be in school or something but if he is ignoring me id like for a moderator to take care of it.

Id like to see his account banned until he either gives me the account or he refunds my money.

So yesterday I told god that I bought GP for the account, it was about 21m he agreed to pay me back all of my money that was lost.

For 2 days not he has been telling me that the account could not be recovered. I have waited 2 days he has been lying to me saying the 2 appeals he has put in both were denied. Now today after 3 days he says the appeal was accepted the first time and he screenshot logging onto the account and everything and there was no gold on it.

he also goes on to saying he thinks the account was hacked or I was keylogged.

So either this kid took my gold and items and lied about it for 3 days or idk what the fuck now he claims it was never on the account and he recorded the whole thing which I know if a bunch of non sense. Also if the appeal was accepted 3 days ago this kid has made me wait 3 days going on and on lying about the account to me.

Im just wondering if I should charge back the 38$ or what just going to wait for a mod to let me know what I should do and about my GP and items that were on the account.
