However he just edited it 10 minutes ago when I pointed it out..

Maybe a TWC for now. I think this deal has come to a succesfull end and I don't think he's a bad person etc.

Edit, I don't think any action is required. I'd happily check on his vouch thread some times to be sure he stays on the right path.
