RSORDER.COM HAS SCAMMED ME part 2

I did talk to them , they are still not giving me refund , i do not know where to go i can't just have my 39$ go like that its hard earned money.

I have all the proof , they operate on sythe too , why do you not ban them? because they bring in revenue?

Please let this be fair , i do not want what happened to me happens to anyone else out there.
