Reporting Pieyou - Intent to scam/Impersonating other users

Pieyou attempted to scam me by claiming that the sythe user "Althalus" offered 40m 07GP on the rsn Coal, just minutes after I had offered 35m.

He lied and created a fake bid, which is definitely ban worthy. Furthermore, the sythe.org rules state that users will be banned permanently for "Impersonating other members, and any other similar behavior". He impersonated Althalus by claiming that Althalus had placed a 40m bid on the name.

A TWC isn't enough, as it's clear that he attempted to deceive and scam me. If I had fallen for it and had offered more, he would have succeeded in scamming me.
