    He had purchased 8m 07 gold yesterday for $19.60usd via direct PayPal transfer.

    Today I noticed a mail from paypal informing me of a case:http://prntscr.com/38otbj

    A part of the skype chat containing his skype username & him sending the payment:http://prntscr.com/38oueb

    He also sent me his driver license copy to my email, if a mod wants to see it, feel free to message me, not going to post it publicly.

    I am not sure if this is enough for a ban, but I believe he should receive atleast a TWC.
