Occurence Ban Evader

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: I made a post about needing some skilling earlier today. So earlier today I got skype request from someone and said he'd do it for me but then began to say it was outrageous and reported me to the RSPS website I use.

Then, another member posts on my thread stating that "his mate" told him how much I requested for the service and states its outrageous just like his "buddy" did. http://i.imgur.com/l1XEkFG.png

I feel like he is vading. I did an ip audit and has same ip so that makes it more solidified in my eyes.
