Wiggersoup1890 is a scammer

This guy is trying to sell a account he already sold. When i asked him why hes selling it again, he said the guy charged back so he recovered it. But when i asked him to show me pictures of the charge back, he wouldnt.

Edit: I think he also maybe a ban evader cause he has multiple accounts from the same ip address.
