Potential Scammer highstaker

Explanation of the trade: I asked them to sell me Ikov GP and asked to use an MM, in which they refused. Also multiple cases in which other users have posted the same kind of things about said user, and a few cases in which users have claimed to be scammed by said user.
How they scammed: Attempted to scam by refusing to use an MM, requesting for me to go first, and requesting for me to pay a large amount at once. He also continues to make new threads due to people posting to Trade with caution. He never seems to keep the same thread for more then a couple days.

Other relevant trade screenshots: The screenshots below are all posts on his threads by other users saying to trade him with caution. He is a typical scammer and if I had the money to lose, I would get 100% proof of it. However, I can't afford to lose that kind of money right now.

Would like to see this user get banned, or at least receive a TWC perhaps? I don't want to see him scam any other users.

Also please do an IP check for this guy, i think he may be a ban evader.

Resolved IP's: 65.52.24.110 | 92.239.20.110

 

He doesn't have to show you the money. But he does have to verify he actually has it to me, or another moderator. Also his IP check came back to just that account. :x I sent him a private message and will update accordingly.

I've had enough of this <_<. Just merged another thread in here. User is banned for attempting to scam and being a toxic member to the community.
