Explanation of the trade:
league of legends boosting service, I payed $105 and he didn't give me his service.

How they scammed:
Payed league of legends boosting service to this guy, played a game, and lost. Also, due to lack of communication, I requested full refund (I asked for 5 division boosting, also lost game). He only said he will refund me soon but after that, didn't reply me at all. As he didn't try to communicate with me, I told him that I'm going to chargeback and few hours after he said 'I was going to refund you but because you chargedback I can't refund you and I'm not dealing with you anymore'.

As you can see from screenshot 3, he only replied me when 'I wanted for extra pacakge' but never replied me for any issues relate about boosting.
Also, he passed the money to the booster even though the job wasn't completed. In addition, they contact thorugh 'EMAIL' which I found it a bit ridiculous. They had no way to contact to other boosters. I also gave him final warning that if he ignores my skype, I will make chargeback, so I tried my best to contact with him but as you can see from screenshot, he never replied. So I opened a dispute on paypal today morning, cuz I think I gave him enough warning and now he refuses to refund me as I opened the dispute.

Other two screenshots are ranked record (his lost) and my paypal status that showing I clearly paid for my boost.

- Customer demands full refund. As stated in our ToS we can provide a partial refund.

- Try and discuss terms.

- A full refund was not agreed. I have lost money and time, been scammed, and have no reason to interact with the customer.

 

Thanks Glyton, can you PM me with the full details of the chargeback (screenshot) and proof of his Paypal email?

 

* First photo, that boost was made by other booster, can prove this by another paypal transaction, only game he played is zed at the bottom.
* Your ToS is saying you can provide refund depends on how far you went, well, did nothing.
* For chargeback, I tried to contack you serveral times, but did you respond? NOT At ALL.

 

Glyton has been banned for a prior report.
