Raidcall is a Scammer/NON HELPFUL

Situation: A few weeks after he sold the account, it was locked due to "Possibly breached account" meaning someone tried recovering the account most likely.

I went and contacted Raidcall the member who sold me the account, in which he refused to help me unlock the account that he "created and sold" to me.

He gave me the following excuses:
Go email Jagex. (Even though the account is not originally mine.)
He deleted all the information.
He refuses to help cause I am recovering an account I probably sold??

Then he continues to say I am stealing the account back, even though my password is the same and I can clearly login to the account.
