Explain the service: This Service is about 007scape leveling up and account making, where i would message him about what kind of account i would like (stats,quests) and we would discuss about how long the process would be and how much it would roughly cost for it to be done,

As he states in his own thread "You supply me with the desired stats of your build (A Skiller, Pure or Staker) and I will build the account for you"

for example, I message him saying i would like him to build an account for me with X/X/X stats with these certain amount of quests down on the account and he would think about if it was possible to be done, if so, we would discuss on the price of the service. If the process would be confirmed and paid, he would start the account immediately and update me daily on how the account is progressing.
