YagBooster scammed me $22 bitcoin

Was suppose to buy a $50 AGC for $45 in bitcoin from him, I went first because he has more feedback than me(stupid decision) sent him the money(half) then he says I was $1 short then starts to say he doesn't trust me because I'm $.50 off. So he tells me to send the rest of the money(which I didn't) or call off the deal. I called off the deal and now he isn't replying to any of my messages.
Please do something about this? Ban him for life maybe?
