CniRSGP Chargeback scam

A user named "Jekkel" has been contacting people in our public teamspeak trying to buy gold from them. I received this screenshot from someone he bought from, which he claimed that Jekkel/CniRSGP had charged back his payment for the gold. http://i.imgur.com/fbJLm0l.png

To confirm that CniRSGP and "Jekkel" from our forums/teamspeak were the same person, I instructed one of our employees to sell gold to him to compare the Paypal information to confirm it was the same person since the person who was scammed was not a Sythe user and didn't receive a PM and such.
