Diego_Ramos is a scammer

Last night approximately 6:24pm EST Diego_Ramos-sythe Skypename= live:js0f029_1 scammed me of my blue mask worth 132m at the time.he edited his post on my orginal thread and tried to turn it around on me. http://i.imgur.com/45xsefz.png shown in that picture. He claimed to want to swap puzzle pirates poe for rsgp. i quit rs and started playing ypp so what the heck why not>?. obviously since im a noobie i didnt take a picture of my trading my mask as a picture doesnt show much in that matter. though i regret not thinking about it. This person gained my trust and shot me down. I have undeniable proof however that he recived the blue halloween mask (132m). looking at the time spans of when he scammed me and logged off of skype you can see that he was online sythe very shortly after, trading 129m for 07 gp http://i.imgur.com/G2Lc6Xu.png noted here. The time frame says it all my friends. He was on skype for a while after he scammed me and tried to cover his tracks but he failed. The rest of the pictures following are shots of the skype convo at the time and his original pm's before meeting on skype. I dont care what happens but i will not accept him turning this on me after i became the tragic victim. Good Game Diego_Ramos but i will not be made a fool again! All i wanted was some damn Ypp POE :/ PS: How could i have scammed him when we clearly traded in runscape first and i went first? (Impossible) Arguing against claims that i was the scammer and pushing for diciplinary action/full payment for unban or w/e punishment is processed. Thanks and i apologize about the first two report attempts that contained insufficient proof.
