I was recently contracted to do some programming work for Chipmunk, as follows:

I contacted him on Skype to complete the deal:

He then gives me the teamviewer details, and I connect. Once there, I transfer the files:

We have a conversation on TV, and I complete the transfer and set up the bot. It works successfully.

Later, he contacts me again:

I try and send the new files to him, after having made the changes to the code, but he is playing LoL. That's alright, I plan to send the other files later.

I'm really sorry that this thread is so long. Cliff notes
- Agreed on price and task
- Chipmunk paid half money up front
- I delivered bot
- Chipmunk requested some changes, which I made
- Chipmunk refuses to pay other half until he sees his method for brute forcing codes come into fruition (which could take a very long time)

He has been ignoring every single one of my e-mails and has deleted me from Skype.

Regarding 1 and 2 - please ask him to be specific. I can't see a place where I haven't done as requested
Regarding 3 - The bot does exactly what he told me to do
Regarding 4 - Has no impact on the fact that I completed the job he asked for and he hasn't paid me

He has come back to me basically saying that the bot doesn't work (doesn't recognise real codes). You'll need to fix that to receive full payment.

 

He will have to reply to my emails if he expects that to be fixed (though, I do not believe that it is broken).

 

Any update with this?

 

Chipmunk no longer needs the program because what he needed it for is over (something along those lines) - so doesn't see why he should continue to work with swadq to fix the program he says never worked anyways (he got another one elsewhere).

Swadq says he completed the program to the specification of the original email and so should receive full payment or be shown how the program didn't work.

 

Have not had any contact from Chipmunk since November 23rd

I am perfectly happy to fix any flaws he can show with the bot. However, he hasn't been able to show any as of yet, so I don't believe there are any.

 

Chipmunk will have to show how the bot was broken or pay up. If it was indeed broken then half of the payment will suffice, let me know how this goes, both.
