As I took the Skype Profile picture he came back online. I sent the message, "Hello?" with no response. Can update screenshots to show that, if necessary.... but the proof is all here. I don't think one line is going to make a difference.

Do I need to post anything else to get a response, or some kind of action against this seller? Are you waiting for a rebuttal from him? I'd really like to see that.

I have no clue why the first person who reported this seller got banned, and DuckOnQuack didn't even get a TWC (would have saved me this headache, and maybe others too). It would appear there are a handful of other people who have had a similar experience with this fellow. Check his gold selling thread (link in first post).

I was ignorant enough to send the money as a gift (never again).
